a variety of classes to enhance your family’s birth experience,
including Lamaze, breastfeeding preparation, and exercise counseling
for expectant mothers. Visit the Community

workshops.
Munson Healthcare also partners with area
health care providers and local Health Departments to provide
Healthy
Futures to women who give birth within the Munson Healthcare
system. This program provides timely newsletters with health information
during pregnancy and through the first five years of your child’s
life, along with contact with a Healthy Futures nurse who can
answer your questions about prenatal and maternal health issues.

resources that will help you adjust to having a new baby in your
family. If you have any additional questions or concerns, contact
