The Board developed a vision statement that was designed to achieve the following:

1. Provide access to care — being the communities' first choice with a broad, realistic offering of health care programs for facilities' our size.
   
2. Used because of perceived quality.
   
3. Be part of a larger health system.
   
4. Be financially stable.
   
5. Partner with local physicians (win-win relationship).
   
6. Recruit and retain adequate manpower (physicians and employees) that will meet consumer expectations of quality (friendly, timely customer/employee interactions).
