At Mercy Health Grayling, you don't have to be a doctor or nurse to help us deliver outstanding care. We need the help of our community and that's where you come in. If you have some extra time available to help others and you enjoy the flexibility of volunteering, we would love to hear from you.

Every day, hundreds of patients and loved ones, including family members and friends, are enriched by volunteers. The touch of a hand, a smiling face and a gentle voice are things long remembered after recovery.

Volunteers have been serving at Mercy for over 100 years, and over 100 dedicated men and women currently serve our Mercy Health Grayling family as members of the Mercy Health Grayling Auxiliary. Their commitment and service is a vital part of our healing mission to our patients, their families and the communities.

Auxiliary members also lead a variety of fundraisers for Mercy, helping to purchase much-needed equipment, renovate and expand our facility, etc.

You can also be a vital part of the future of Mercy Health Grayling by serving as a volunteer.

• Active Auxiliary members – serve a minimum of 25 hours per year and pay annual dues of $10.00.
• Associate Auxiliary members – serve as a support branch of the Auxiliary. They are welcome to volunteer, although there is no minimum service hour requirement. Associate members pay annual dues of $15.00.

Volunteering can make a big difference in someone else's life, as well as your own. Lasting friendships are made, support is shared, and you truly make a difference at Mercy and to our patients and their loved ones. At Mercy Hospital Grayling, volunteers are an integral part of our healthcare team.
