JCAHO Notice
Mercy Hospital Grayling is fully accredited by Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). To ensure the highest quality healthcare for our patients, Mercy Hospital Grayling participates in the accreditation process through JCAHO. JCAHO conducts periodic unannounced accreditation surveys of Mercy Hospital Grayling to determine our compliance with nationally established Joint Commission standards.
We believe in creating a culture that embraces quality, patient safety, and service satisfaction. Anyone believing that he or she has valid information about patient safety, quality, or customer service concerns may contact your physician or any Mercy Hospital Grayling staff member. If it is not resolved, you may contact Quality Management at (989) 348-0882 to file a formal grievance. All questions or concerns are taken seriously and will be investigated.
