Vision
The vision of POMH is to achieve
the Munson Healthcare system vision in Benzie County by providing
quality and value health care to the people who live, visit, and
summer in the Benzie community. Services to patients will be integrated
and seamless. Quality programs, customer service, buildings, and
grounds will afford the people in Benzie County easy access to
quality healthcare services.
This is how POMH will be seen when we successfully
achieve our mission:
"Quality In Everything We Do"
- Quality health care access point that is integrated
and seamless service
- Quality programs (including elder supportive
services)
- Quality, timely technical performance
- Quality customer service
- Quality relationships (physicians, employees,
MHC, etc.)
- Quality facilities and grounds
- Quality financial performance (no subsidy from
MHC).
The above is achieved through "quality
employees."
